Record the planned parcel contents

Keep each item, selected variation, quantity and entered weight together. Distinguish a measured weight from an estimate in the notes. A missing measurement should remain a question rather than becoming an undocumented zero.

Check the units

Use kilograms consistently for the packing workbook. If you have a measurement in grams, convert it before entering the value. Confirm whether the recorded value applies to one unit or the full quantity so that multiplying it does not count weight twice.

Read the item-weight total correctly

The workbook totals the quantities and weights you supply. Packaging can add weight, and the sum of item weights is not automatically the final packed weight. Compare the plan with the provider measurement after packaging and revise any earlier estimate.

Export the list as CSV when you are ready to review it outside this browser. Check quantities and unresolved packaging choices before confirming a shipping quote. This local packing list cannot consolidate a warehouse parcel or arrange shipment; those actions take place on the official platform.
